Budget Performance Training That Actually Makes Sense

We've spent years helping finance teams understand their numbers. Not just spreadsheets—real insight into where money goes and why it matters.

Most training programs throw theory at you and call it education. We built our curriculum by working with actual businesses facing real budget challenges. You'll learn methods that organizations are using right now in 2025, not outdated textbook approaches from five years ago.

Questions People Usually Ask

We've answered these dozens of times. Hopefully this saves you a phone call.

Our autumn 2025 cohort begins September 15th. That's when most people have finished summer plans and are ready to commit. We also run a smaller winter intake starting January 12th, 2026 for folks who missed the fall deadline or need more time to prepare.

Not for Foundation. We assume you can use Excel and understand basic math. Professional assumes you've seen budget reports before, even if you didn't create them. Enterprise is designed for people already working with financial data who want to get better at it.

We record everything. You'll get access within 24 hours of each session. Some students watch recordings exclusively and still do fine. But live attendance helps—you can ask questions and work through problems in real time.

Yes, people upgrade fairly often. If you start Foundation and realize you want more depth, we'll credit your payment toward Professional. Going the other direction is trickier but we've accommodated it. Just talk to us before week 4 of your program.

We offer two-payment splits for Professional and three-payment splits for Enterprise. First payment is due at enrollment, remaining payments are spaced throughout the program. We don't do monthly installments because the administrative overhead gets messy.

Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. That's it for Foundation. Professional students also use Power BI, which has a free version. Enterprise might involve specialized tools depending on your organization's needs, but we'll discuss that during onboarding.

What Past Students Have Said

These are actual comments from people who finished programs between late 2024 and early 2025. We didn't cherry-pick the glowing ones—this is representative feedback.

I started the Foundation track in October 2024 expecting basic spreadsheet training. What surprised me was how much context they provided about why certain metrics matter more than others. That perspective changed how I looked at my company's quarterly reports.

The Professional program's case studies were tougher than I expected. One project had me rebuilding a budget forecast for a manufacturing company, and I had to figure out where their assumptions broke down. That struggle taught me more than any lecture could have.

We brought our whole finance team through the Enterprise track in early 2025. The instructors worked with our actual data—messy spreadsheets and all. That practical approach helped us identify reporting inefficiencies we'd been living with for years without realizing.
