We're Building Something Different Here
Started in 2020 because too many people were drowning in spreadsheets without understanding what the numbers actually meant. We figured there had to be a better way to teach financial tracking that didn't feel like torture.
How This Actually Started
Back in early 2020, our founder Darcy was consulting for small businesses around Rạch Giá. Same story everywhere – people had the data but zero clue what it meant. Budget reports gathering dust. Performance metrics nobody looked at.
So we started small. Weekend workshops teaching business owners how to read their own numbers. Turns out when you skip the finance jargon and just show people what matters, they get it pretty fast.
By 2021, we'd moved online and expanded across Vietnam. Now we're working with everyone from coffee shop owners to mid-size manufacturers. The goal hasn't changed – just help people understand their money without making it complicated.

What We Actually Care About
These aren't corporate values we put on a poster. They're how we actually make decisions when nobody's watching.
Plain Language Only
If you need a finance degree to understand our training, we've failed. We explain budget metrics like we're talking to a friend over coffee – because that's basically what we're doing.
Real Data Matters
We use actual business scenarios from Vietnam market. Not theoretical examples from textbooks. When you're learning cash flow analysis, you're working with numbers that look like your own.
No Quick Fixes
Financial literacy takes time. Anyone promising instant expertise is lying. We're upfront about the learning curve and give you tools that work long-term, not just during the course.
The People Running This Thing
Small team, everyone actually works. No office politics or layers of management. Just folks who know finances and can explain it without putting you to sleep.

Kendra Frost
Lead Financial Instructor
Spent eight years doing corporate training before realizing she hated corporate culture. Now teaches budget analysis the way she wishes someone had taught her. Has a weird obsession with making spreadsheets less boring.

Petra Vaughan
Curriculum Developer
Built our entire metrics tracking program from scratch. Former accountant who got tired of watching clients ignore their financial data. Creates training materials that people actually want to read, which is harder than it sounds.

How We Actually Teach This Stuff
- Start with your actual business numbers, not fake examples. Brings your own data and we'll show you what to look for.
- Focus on the metrics that matter for your situation. Retail businesses need different tracking than service companies.
- Build habits, not just knowledge. We're training you to check specific numbers every week until it becomes automatic.
- Keep groups small so you can ask dumb questions. Everyone has them, better to get answers than pretend you understand.
- Follow-up sessions included because you'll have questions a month later when reality hits.
Our next cohort starts September 2025. Six-month program with monthly check-ins. We cap enrollment at 15 people because quality matters more than scale.
